Joe V. Aldaz, Jr. brings more than two decades of leadership, strategic development, and relationship-building to Aldaz Ventures.
A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, Joe has built a career spanning military service, executive leadership, business, community initiatives, and high-impact events.
As President & CEO of the Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber, he helped transform the organization into a nationally recognized chamber—earning the 2022 USHCC Small Chamber of the Year award and being named the 2023 Colorado Chamber Alliance CEO of the Year.
Today, Joe brings that experience and an extensive network across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to Aldaz Ventures—helping leaders and organizations build stronger strategies, meaningful relationships, and measurable results.
